Maintenance Mechanic II

POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Mechanic II works under the direction of the Maintenance Mechanic III, and assists in the maintenance of the grounds and facility in compliance with all federal and state statutes and regulations. Works under supervision in the performance of plumbing, electrical, construction, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in Buidling Maintenance

PREFERRED:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building repairs and institutional equipment preferred.
