Kelly Services is currently seeking mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a dynamic and innovative glass fabrication company located in Manchester, NY . This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are hands-on, enjoy working with machinery, and are ready to grow with a company that values skill and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, your role may include one or more of the following duties:

• Lifting large panes of glass with a partner and placing them on pallets for shipping
  
• Preparing glass for shipment by inserting tabs between panes and shrink wrapping
  
• Laminating glass sheets
  
• Caulking aluminum-framed glass panes
  
• Operating state-of-the-art machinery in a manufacturing environment

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday
  
• Shift Start Times: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
  
• Shift Length: 8 to 10 hours (including overtime)
  
• Bonus: Occasional half-days on Fridays start your weekend early!
  
• Pay Rate: Starting at $16+/hr , depending on mechanical and machine operation experience
