We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our client's team! If you have a keen eye for detail, strong estimating skills, and a background in commercial roofing, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects

Conduct site assessments and evaluate project scope

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and job requirements

Collaborate with sales and project management teams

Build relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors

Ensure estimates align with company goals and client needs

What We’re Looking For:

3-5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience

Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
