Position Summary
The Welder role is responsible for welding and fabricating architectural products utilizing various metals including but not limited to aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
Responsibilities
- TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel materials
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Fabricate architectural products per blueprint instructions
- Cut, lay-out and fabricate aluminum, steel and stainless-steel products
- Provide support to the production warehouse
- This role may require other job duties to be performed.

Qualifications (Knowledge & Skills)
- Knowledge of metal finishing and tooling
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and customers verbally and in writing.
- Able to complete work accurately and on time.
- Able to work collaboratively with direct team members, or across departments, and work independently as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 3+ years of TIG welding experience
- Experience working with various metals, steel and stainless steel preferred
- Experience using grinders, dyna-files and pipe polishers
Work Environment
- Physical Conditions:
- Production: This position works in a production facility and is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e.: eye/face protection, hearing protection, steel toes, etc.
- Location:
- In-office: This role is located at our office in Hudson, FL.
Other Requirements
- Candidates who receive an offer of employment must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to use hands and have finger dexterity.
- Must be able to reach, bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally.
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds.
Compensation: CSW Industrials has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing salary ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. In addition to base pay, e mployees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors. Sales roles are eligible for a sales bonus.
