New Construction Detailer (Finish carpenter/Drywall/Painter)

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, individual with construction background.
We work with many of the top home builders in the area.
We treat our employees well and work with positive attitudes!
If you have a background of finish carpentry, drywall, painting you may be the right candidate for the job.

As a detailer you will be completing punch lists prepared by the superintendent doing final repairs
and touch ups for the sale of the home.
This includes:

-Small drywall repairs
-Caulking
-Paint touch up
-Cabinet touch up and adjustments
-Door adjustments
-Floor squeaks
-etc.

* Must have experience in these areas
* Must have basic hand tools, drill, 4-6 ft. ladder
* Power tools a plus
* MUST be reliable, show up for work daily, on-time and be respectful to superintendents,
other trades and home buyers
* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
