What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and haul trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Load and transport materials to designated areas within the site
- Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
- Support plant operations and assist with general labor tasks as needed

- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to a safe work environment
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a team-oriented setting
- Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed with a strong work ethic
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
