What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and haul trucks safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Load and transport materials to designated areas within the site
  • Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
  • Support plant operations and assist with general labor tasks as needed

  • Proven ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to a safe work environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a team-oriented setting
  • Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed with a strong work ethic

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
