Marine Carpenter / Apprentice

Looking for a skilled finish carpenter or driven apprentice who wants to learn marine carpentry. We focus mainly on interior mill work and finish carpentry aboard commercial and private vessels.

Must haves:
- reliable transportation
- basic knowledge of woodworking
- basic desire to learn
- good attitude

Beneficial if you have:
- some basic tools (drills, tapes, squares)
- knowledge of shop tools (table saw, jointer, planer)
- experience working with hard woods and laminates

Please reach out if you are interested. Our shop is located on Sand Island but we are often working on-site at Keehi Marine Center, Ala Wai Harbor or Kewalo Harbor so transportation is a must.

Competitive wages based on experience from $25/ hr and up. Full and part time available.
