Maintenance Supervisor - 50% RENT DISCOUNT

Arts Apartments at West Napoleon is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be proficient in various technical areas, including HVAC, electrical systems and project management.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of community to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems and other critical infrastructure.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, including planning, execution and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as necessary.

Experience:
Proven experience in related field is essential.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems and general maintenance practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Previous experience supervising a team is highly desirable.
