Job Description: Project Manager Commercial Construction
Location: Ft. Lauderdale Headquarters, Projects in West Palm Beach Area

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects primarily located in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and contract specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
Negotiate and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor agreements.
Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Stable work history with a proven record of successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in education, healthcare, and/or municipal projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Must reside near or be willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach area.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
