What You'll Be Doing:

As the Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in managing projects from initial bid to final installation. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and pursuing job opportunities

• Estimating costs and preparing detailed quotes

• Ordering materials and tracking delivery timelines

• Coordinating with internal teams for fabrication and installation

• Maintaining open communication with both clients and crew

• Monitoring project progress, deadlines, and budgets

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to stay organized and efficient

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of experience in estimating and project management, ideally in welding, fabrication, or construction

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside the team when needed
