Are you experienced in millwork or cabinetry estimating and ready to contribute to high-profile hospitality projects? Staffmark is hiring an Estimator for a manufacturing partner in West Monroe, LA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and apply your expertise in cost estimating, project planning, and digital tools.

Pay: $40,000-$55,000 annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to produce accurate cost estimates
• Use Blue Beam for digital takeoffs and calculations
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to align on project goals
• Create competitive proposals while maintaining profitability
• Perform regular cost analysis and variance reporting
• Support procurement and manufacturing teams with cost-efficient planning
• Maintain organized, detailed documentation for all estimates and bids

What You'll Bring:

• Experience estimating within the manufacturing industry, specifically millwork or cabinetry
• Proficiency with Blue Beam and strong MS Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent math, analysis, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with project management processes
