The Supervisor, Sr. Executive Office is a highly skilled administrative professional that will lead and support our administrative assistant team while overseeing support aspects of building maintenance and construction. This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive executive support experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage administrative assistant operations at the highest professional level. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and mentor who ensures seamless executive support while also managing facilities-related projects.
Administrative Leadership & Executive Support:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Senior Executive Assistants, ensuring high-quality professional support for executives.
- Provide strategic guidance to improve administrative processes, workflows, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for executive support, scheduling, communications, and task management.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex administrative challenges.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for administrative staff.
Building Maintenance & Construction Oversight:
- Oversee and coordinate office maintenance, renovations, and construction projects in collaboration with VP of
Construction Management, vendors and internal teams.
- Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and facilities teams.
- Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets related to office maintenance and improvement projects.
- Experience: Five (5) years of Executive administrative support experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in facilities management or construction oversight is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
