Junior Project Controller

Looking to launch your career in project management with a team that builds real-world energy infrastructure? We're hiring a Junior Project Controller to join a high-impact group that supports major capital projects from planning through closeout.

This role is a great fit for someone who's organized, analytical, and eager to learn from senior project controls professionals on large-scale engineering and construction efforts.

In this role, you'll:

• Help review project scope, estimates, schedules, and milestones
• Track budgets, manage time-phased costs, and support progress reporting
• Assist with cost variance analysis and support estimate-to-complete projections
• Participate in risk assessments, quality reviews, and performance tracking
• Work with procurement, engineering, and accounting teams to keep data flowing
• Support earned value analysis, project scans, and scorecard prep
• Contribute to administrative project close-out tasks

What you bring:

• A degree from a university or technical college in a related field
• 0-5 years of relevant experience (capital project or project controls exposure is a plus)
• Familiarity with cost tracking, scheduling, and progress measurement concepts
• A team-first attitude and willingness to work under the guidance of senior staff
• Detail-oriented mindset and solid communication skills
