prepare detailed reports and recommendations for internal and client useDesign & Constructability Reviews Evaluate design documents for completeness and feasibility; provide technical feedback to improve outcomesCompliance Oversight Ensure adherence to all safety traffic environmental and labor compliance standards across the project lifecycleLeadership & Problem Solving Anticipate and resolve project challenges implementing timely solutions and keeping project delivery on trackMinimum requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field10 years of progressive experience in transportation transit or infrastructure construction projects valued at 30M3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity with direct responsibility for team coordination and client interfacingProven experience in both field based construction management and strategic project planning rolesStrong working knowledge of public sector standards agency coordination and contract administrationPE license preferred;
