Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

I am partnered up with a highly ranked A&E Firm who is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - PM (HVAC & Plumbing). Please reach out to me directly to learn more about this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design heating-ventilations-cooling systems and plumbing systems
• Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team environment
• Review installation of designed equipment/systems for compliance with construction documents
• Prepare construction cost estimates
• Load calculations, life cycle costing and energy modeling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in design, layout and analysis for HVAC and plumbing systems required
• PE required
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Must be local to Florida
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
