Burgess & Niple is currently seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer to join our Louisville, KY office.B&N Transportation Engineer Responsibilities:Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experienceServe as project manager and/or technical subject matter expert on projects with KYTC or local agenciesAssist with marketing, business development and proposal preparationSupport development of strong client relationships with existing clients and with the establishment of new clientsMonitor performance indicators, budgets, and schedulesOpportunity to train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projectsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering programPE registration in the State of Kentucky, or ability to be registered with reciprocity20+ years of experience in Transportation Engineering or Roadway DesignProven verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency MS Office is requiredSelf-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
