Will be performing duties in the steel fabrication shop related to all elements of steel fabrication, welding, and repair. Duties may primarily involve welding processes but also include operating basic hand tools, component assembly, operating metal fabrication equipment, repair work, painting and other duties needed to help drive our vision and mission. + Perform welding operations using several welding processes including: GMAW. + Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools, i.e. drills, disc grinders, etc. + Perform repair work involving welding and assembly. + Operate basis paint equipment. + Perform work safely and comply with all applicable safety regulations, rules, policies and procedures. + Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace. + Maintain collaborative working relationship with coworkers. + Perform general tasks as assigned by Supervisor. + Accurately complete assembly sheets. + Supports the Quality and Safety Programs. + Perform other duties as assigned. Two years related welding and fabricating experience. Experience in the resource recovery industry a plus. Certifications in welding processes a plus. Must have own gloves, face shields - will be doing a welding test during the interview. **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
