Superintendent (Commercial Ground-Up)

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent (Commercial Ground-Up) position include: Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications. Experience using Procore for project management and field documentation. Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager. Conduct subcontractor meetings, maintain field reports, and ensure quality and safety standards. Handle RFI/RFPs and direct field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget. Track subcontractor work, verify change orders and employee time, and procure/pick up materials when necessary. Attend weekly corporate meetings to report progress and upcoming plans. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
