With decades of experience and a strong reputation across the Southeast, we are a 100% employee-owned firm that takes pride in craftsmanship, collaboration, and delivering excellence.About the RoleAs a Project Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, managing all on-site operations of commercial construction projects valued at $5M and above. You'll partner closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction every step of the way.What You'll DoLead daily on-site operations from project kickoff to closeout.Coordinate crews, trades, and subcontractors to meet schedules and milestones.Maintain safety standards, enforce compliance, and respond to jobsite emergencies.Identify design challenges and suggest practical, cost-effective solutions.Support the Project Manager with RFIs, change orders, and schedule updates.Drive productivity, resolve conflicts, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.Supervise field staff including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers.What You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5 years in field leadership.Proven track record managing large-scale ($5M+) commercial construction projects.Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.Proficiency in tools like Procore, P6 Scheduling, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain).Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.Ability to travel within the Southeast but be based in middle Tennessee.Work Environment & ScheduleRegular working hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with weekend hours to meet project schedules and demands.
