Skilled Carpenter/Woodworker and/or crew (MT Dora) compensation: TBD based on experience and skills, can be hourly and/or per scope. Start Date: ASAP Project Duration: Estimated 3-4 months We are seeking a skilled carpenter or millwork team to fabricate and install custom wood elements. This is a detailed architectural project that involves interior finishes and wood craftsmanship across multiple communal spaces. Scope of Work Includes: Custom Wall Paneling: Full-height wood panels in different walls areas with integrated trim and reveals. Millwork Features: Built-in shelving, cabinetry, decorative wood columns, and integrated seating units. Custom Ceiling Details: Coffered wood ceilings and decorative beam wraps in communal areas. Isles and kitchen forniture: Fabrication and finish installation of detailed millwork. Doors and Frames: Custom wood doors and possibly integrated trims or decorative surround panels. Requirements: Proven experience in carpentry or millwork fabrication/installation. Ability to work directly from architectural and interior design drawings. Access to appropriate tools, equipment, and transportation to job site. Ability to coordinate with general contractor and other trades for scheduling and installation sequence. Professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship. Preferred: Ability to fabricate offsite and deliver for installation if needed.
