Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are a Grading and Paving Company. We also have a mining operation that has a crusher and a hot plant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, compactors, blades, and scrapers.Duties:- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, compactors, ect...- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality- Transport materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues- Work closely with team members to complete tasks effectively- Not afraid to pick up a shovel if needed!Experience:- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and crushing machinery- Commercial driving experience is a plus- Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including dump trucks- Proficiency in digging, lifting, and transporting materials using heavy machinery- Super plus if you can operate a Paver!This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and skills.
