Must have cell phone with good operating camera, have a Cash App, or Zelle App bank account set up for immediate payment upon completion of work REQUIREMENT two year of basic experience repairing issues inside a home such as repairing small holes in wall, light painting, light electric and light plumbing, light carpentry scheduling your time to make repair with Tenant. Be able to meet monthly deadline of small repairs. Experience with repairing section 8, minor punch list items is a plus.
