We're looking for a skilled Welder to help bring custom designs to life in a dynamic job shop setting. What You'll Do Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of custom products. Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings. Handle layout, tacking, and fabrication with precision and pride. Follow all welding safety procedures and use PPE provided. Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship and quality. What You Bring Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques. Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills. Experience or formal education in welding. Ability to lift, measure, and work with precision tools. Bonus Points For: Tape measure mastery and a passion for building things right the first time. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
