Looking for metal roofing crew

Looking for metal roofing crew compensation: To be discussed based on job I am a licensed roofer looking for some new metal roofing crews. I need for the crew to be able to go from dry in all the way through installation of standing seam. You need to be able to do your own measurements, and coordinate with the sheet metal fabricator for creation of the panels, and make sure everything gets to the site safely to begin the install. I would provide all of the purchasing of all materials, I am only looking for labor and on-site coordination. We installed mostly GAF roofing systems, and typically use high striation material. Very important for the crew that we work with, you must be able to handle your own material measurements, coordination of the rolling out and cutting of the material, and save coordination on site.
