This role involves performing various physical tasks on-site, including heavy lifting, trench digging, site clearing, and working outdoors in all weather conditions . The ideal candidate should be comfortable with manual labor and able to follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Responsibilities: Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required. Dig trenches and assist in excavation work. Clear construction sites of debris and hazardous materials. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and equipment operators. Load and unload construction materials. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Be available for overtime work (approximately 8 hours per week). Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or civil work preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment . Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
