Specializing in foundation repair and drainage systems, we're seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare cost estimates and bids for residential projects using Microsoft Excel. What You'll Do: Create accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs in Excel. Conduct site visits using company-provided vehicles. Collaborate with clients, providing updates and managing interactions (CRM experience a plus). Review project proposals for accuracy. What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of residential estimating experience (foundation repair/drainage a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Valid Washington state driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong analytical and communication skills. No degree required (Construction Management degree a plus).
