POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly experienced deck foreman who has spent at least five years building custom decks. Someone who can read and understand and implement deck plans ranging from simple 14 x 14 cedar decks with simple railings to multi-tiered trex or ironwood decks with multiple stairs and complicated railing systems. Must be ready to have references that can be called to verify your work as well as examples of the type of decks you have built. Requirements: - Must have ample experience working with all manner of deck finishes, decking, railings and stairs. This is mandatory! - Complete and pass a background check - Pass a drug test, physical, and strength test - Have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation We offer a very good salary and an excellent benefits package, including medical insurance that cost the employee only $80/month, dental, vision, PTO, Gas Card, 401k with matching funds, paid holidays and more! $30-$40 an hour with a company vehicle.
