We offer a 60 day training program where youll receive OJT training, SalesForce, Equipment Operator and Safety certifications. The program is company funded and provides uniforms training tools and a technician training program to development your skills in high demand equipment trades**Equipment Associate to Driver**- a 6-month development program that starts with safety certifications to operate the equipment youll be working with. Youll develop skills and confidence to safely load and secure equipment to trucks and trailers for hauling. Then youll be ready to get in the truck and start ready along and enroll in our 2 Week Driver Develop training program for final training to load, secure and hauling our equipment to jobs sites and unload safely. We have a network of CDL-A schools around the country we work to assist you obtaining your CDL-A.**Equipment Associate to Welder**- A 6-month development program. Youll learn equipment safety and basic safe operation of equipm nt. Well provide you with the safety equipment and tools youll need to train up on the latest MIG, TIG and torching techniques. Well assist with AWS Certifications and additional certifications youll need to be successful in your role.**Equipment Associate to Inside Sales Representative**- A 4 - 6-month training program that starts with basic equipment safety and operation skills. We will develop your knowledge of our equipment to get you the skills you need to be conversant on our equipment. Youll be trained to effectively communication our equipment and solutions to clients and constructions professionals.
