Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland, OH - Job 25-01102Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position with Benefits.A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for their Cleveland office. The Architectural Project Manager Initiates and manages projects from inception to completion.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Registered Architect in the state of Ohio TEN (10) years minimum industry experience. Experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required. Healthcare Design experience is a plus. Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills. Experience/Knowledge with Revit. Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have excellent organizational skills.
