We're hiring a long-term, part-time Independent Property Manager to oversee two beautifully maintained short-term rental homes and a small office building in North Chattanooga. This role is hands-on, flexible, and meaningfulnot your average property manager job. You'll help create 5-star guest experiences by managing a small cleaning team, performing light maintenance, restocking supplies, and coordinating repairs and vendors. You'll also care for the space like it's your own, making sure everything is clean, stocked, and guest-readyevery time. Job Details: Part-time: 4-15 hours/week Independent contractor (1099) $20-$30/hr, depending on experience Long-term opportunity Must live within 30 minutes of North Chattanooga Responsibilities: Oversee cleaning staff (quality checks, scheduling, fill-ins) Light home and yard maintenance (trash, bulbs, weeds, hot tub care) Communicate with guests & tenants Oversee office property and lawn care Keep cleaning supplies stocked Coordinate vendors & report back weekly Requirements: Reliable vehicle Excellent communication skills Flexible schedule (must be available 7-days per week when check-outs happen) Able to perform physical tasks (carrying 30 pounds, kneeling, climbing step ladders and stairs, weeding etc) Tech-comfortable (email, checklists, video updates) Organized, great with people, problem solver Available on short notice if needed Read the full job description + how to apply here: This is a unique role for someone who loves being trusted to take ownership and keep things running smoothly.
