What You'll Do: Inspect and assess roofing damage on a variety of roofing systems Perform repairs for leaks, missing shingles, flashing issues, and storm damage, repair some siding, doing trim coil work. Must know how to flash a chimney properly, need to know how to use a brake Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Communicate with clients and team leads about repair needs and progress Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used What We're Looking For: 2+ years of roofing repair experience required (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable with heights and physical labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification a plus (but not required) What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage $26 - 42 + overtime opportunities ( depending on experience ) Work vehicle provided - work phone - tablet Health, dental, and vision insurance after 14 months if applicable Paid time off and holidays, bonuses Tools and safety gear provided Opportunities for training, advancement, and certification.
