HVAC Service Technician Job Description As an HVAC Service Technician, you will focus on preventative maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential homes. Your role involves diagnosing, assessing, and fixing HVAC problems for customers, handling 6-8 service calls per day, and working closely with customers and warranty companies. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems. Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues for customers. Manage 6-8 customer calls daily. Collaborate with warranty companies to address service claims. Participate in an on-call rotation, working two weeks on and four weeks off. Drive a company vehicle safely, maintaining a clean driving record. Essential Skills 5+ years of HVAC service experience, validated with references. Experience with boilers. The team consists of over 20 employees, with a service team of three members. After training, which varies based on experience, you will work independently.
