What You\'ll Need to Succeed: Education: High SchoolDiploma (welding degree or certification preferred). Experience: 35years of experience as a welder fitter in a fast-paced, heavymanufacturing setting, with open table experience. Skills: Proficient inMIG welding processes. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.Ability to use tools like calipers, rulers, and clamps. Basic mathskills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad usage.
