Ensuring finished products meet Canadian welding requirements and

company standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work

environment. What You\'ll Need to Succeed: Education: High School

Diploma (welding degree or certification preferred). Experience: 35

years of experience as a welder fitter in a fast-paced, heavy

manufacturing setting, with open table experience. Skills: Proficient in

MIG welding processes. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.

Ability to use tools like calipers, rulers, and clamps. Basic math

skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad usage. Physical

Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75

lbs). Excellent vision abilities, including depth perception and color
