From leadership to your project team, collaboration is at the core of everything we do.Career Development - We value internal growth and provide the mentorship and structure to help you move forward.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will lead the charge on exciting commercial and industrial builds (typically $5M-$15M in value), overseeing every detail to ensure quality, timeline, and budget targets are met. You'll partner closely with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors while representing the company's high standards of professionalism and performance.Your key responsibilities will include:Creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.Leading project meetings, RFIs, and change order processes.Collaborating with design teams on design-build projects to find cost-effective solutions.Tracking performance and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Acting as a proactive, solution-oriented leader throughout the preconstruction and construction phases.Schedule & TravelMonday-Friday, typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Work out of our Nashville office with occasional local and regional travel (within 75-mile radius) plus projects sites within the Southeast that require 1-2 night stay.Ready to Build Your Future?At T.W.
