Handyman - Nippers Corner Area

Handyman - Nipper's Corner Area (Nipper's Corner) image 1 of 3 compensation: $20/hr - Minimum $100 Looking for a handyman to help with jobs around my rental units. I've got a few units all within 2 blocks in the Nipper's neighborhood. First thing I want to look at is some water dripping into one of the units when it rains. Would like to find where it's coming in and repair the issue. I'm not sure if it's clogged gutters, worn out weather stripping, or something else. Tenant sent me a few pictures that I'll post below. The pictures aren't the best, so it'll have to be checked out in person. After this first job, I'd like the lower patio deck to be looked at for possible replacement. This unit will also be turning over tenants in a couple months and will likely need new paint and other punch list items at that time. Will pay $20/hr and I'll always do at least $100 per gig, even if you fix the issue quicker than 5hrs. Please only if you're reliable and have experience.
