Job Summary: The Electrical Commercial Project Manager is responsible for estimating commercial change orders, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and managing an effective field construction by utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

• Progress billing plan to determine values for each portion of scope (SOV)
• Pull permits and scheduling coordinating inspections including completing organizing plan review documents
• Procure submittals from vendors and send them to customers for approval
• Design execution plans for projects for field electricians to have a clear path to build the project tracking project budget and labor efficiency throughout the project
• Drafting RFI's with visual mockups for customers to communicate clearly what you are asking
• Track changes in scope and capturing changes with change orders
• Material ordering and tracking
• Managing project schedules to ensure proper manpower on projects
• Manage status of projects in person via field visits
• Attend meetings on job sites for proper trade coordination
• Procure and send correct documentation to customers at project closeout

Pay Range: $105k-$125k - Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Project Management experience
• 4 years of direct electrical experience
• Proven experience working with $50k-1M projects
• Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a professional manner
• Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam)
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Problem solving skills
