My client is a mid-sized, tight-knit civil land development firm in the Greater Denver area and help shape the communities of tomorrow. They specialize in providing personalized, high-quality civil engineering and land development services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

What Youll Do:

• Design and manage site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts

• Prepare construction drawings, reports, and permit submittals

• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other consultants

• Conduct site visits and provide construction support

• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

What My Client is Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

• 220 years of experience in civil site design and land development

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong communication and organizational skill
