Experienced Excavation Foreman Wanted NH-Based Projects

We have a busy season ahead and are looking for a skilled Excavation Foreman to help lead commercial sitework projects in Belmont and Tilton and/or Concord. This isnt a starter job were looking for someone with real experience, leadership ability, and pride in doing the job right.

About the Role:
Manage and supervise crews on active excavation projects

Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and efficiency

Read and execute plans, grades, and specifications

Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and vendors

Lead with professionalism and keep things running smoothly

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years in excavation/site work

Confident reading blueprints and running jobs

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Solid work ethic and jobsite accountability
