The Role: Plumbing Estimator

If you're an experienced plumbing estimator with a knack for numbers, client communication, and project strategythis is your moment.

Youll lead the charge in estimating and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. You'll be trusted as a go-to resource and empowered to make a big impact. Your day-to-day includes:

• Reviewing blueprints and specs to develop accurate estimates
• Building strong client relationships and communicating project scopes
• Coordinating subcontractors and internal teams
• Managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Participating in post-project reviews to improve every time

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience estimating plumbing projects (commercial preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Sharp negotiating instincts and confidence in client interactions
• Budgeting and time management expertise
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Self-starter mindsetsomeone who thrives independently and on a team
