What Youll Be Doing

• Conquer Mechanical Challenges: Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery with confidence and creativity.
• Keep It Running: Perform preventative maintenance that keeps downtime to a minimum and productivity at its peak.
• Precision is Power: Work alongside our Metrology & Optical teams to align equipment with laser-sharp accuracy.
• Be the Customer Hero: Deliver top-tier service with clear communication, safety, and professionalism.
• Hit the Road: Travel across the Northeast (23 overnights/week) and enjoy the perks of working in new environments.

What You Bring

• Mechanical Mastery: Skilled with hand tools, hydraulic jacks, and bonus points for welding or plasma cutting.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer programs (well train you!).
