We are currently hiring in the Clearwater/Tampa area for this role!

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Pay: $28 - $36 Hourly, Based on Experience
Travel & night work may be required. MUST be able to work out of town and nights, on occasion.

Industrial Electrician Foreman Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of crews of electrical apprentices and industrial electricians.
Work closely with the project superintendent and project manager to ensure the efficient and successful completion of projects from start to finish.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures,
using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of all systems.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to thoroughly follow instructions.
Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
Proficient in Blueprint reading.
Understanding of one-line diagrams and PLCs.
Class A CDL *Preferred*
Highway Lighting experience *Preferred*
Wastewater and Water Treatment Plant experience *Preferred*
Minimum of of 3+ years of industrial electrical experience *Required*
Minimum of 4+ years of supervising experience *Required*
