• Alternate Work Schedule: MondayThursday, 10-hour shifts (4 days, 40 hours)
• Optional overtime available on Fridays and after 10 hours per day

About the Role
Were hiring an experienced welder to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing team in Fresno. This position is perfect for a welder with at least 2 years of MIG welding experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

This is not an entry-level position. Were seeking a welder who can read blueprints, maintain high standards, and thrive in a production environment that values quality, safety, and consistency.

Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week and the option for overtime on Fridays. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision and consistency
• Set up and operate welding equipment in line with job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Assemble and secure components to meet tolerances during welding
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality welds
• Communicate any equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG or stick welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Experience with aluminum and stainless steel is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Welding certification is a plus but not required

• 4-day workweek: MondayThursday, 10-hour shifts (no Fridays required unless working overtime)
