Senior Estimator - Structural Steel Division

Job Title: Senior Estimator – Steel Division

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Estimator with at least 5 years of senior-level estimating experience in the steel division. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in estimating, cost control, and contract management. A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for structural steel projects.

• Manage cost control and assist with contract management activities.

• Use ACC and Foundation estimating software for bid preparation and cost analysis.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure thorough and competitive bids.

• Mentor and support junior estimators and team members.

• Review project documents, drawings, and specifications for estimating accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and material costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of senior estimating experience in steel construction.

• Proficient with ACC and Foundation software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with cost control and contract administration preferred.
