HVAC Lead Installer

We have an immediate opening for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer. This lead installation role

primarily involves residential replacement work. You will meet our customers' heating and

cooling needs by providing quality system installations, including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air

Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, Thermostats, IAQ products, and more.

? Up to $2,000 for Individuals

? Up to $5,000 for Crews

Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following

requirements:

? Minimum of 2-Years Experience in residential HVAC.

? Valid driver's license and clean driving record

? Ability to lift 60 lbs.

? Ability to work from a ladder.

? Excellent communication skills with customers and our office team.

? Professional appearance and personality.

Benefits & Pay:

? Starting base rate as high as $35.00/hr with unlimited earning potential through our progressive compensation plan, which includes performance incentives. Your exact pay will depend on your experience, knowledge, and ability as an HVAC Installer.

role in providing new HVAC equipment and systems to meet our clients' heating, cooling, and

home comfort needs. Your key responsibilities include:

? Delivering World-Class Quality Installations: Ensure an exceptional system and

installation experience for our customers.

? Testing and Inspecting Equipment: Showcase your craftsmanship to clients by

performing essential function tests to ensure systems meet customer satisfaction.

? Advising on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans: Inform customers

about recommended maintenance tasks, such as filter changes, and the frequency of

these tasks.
