Handyman/Maintenance Tech Needed!

We provide service on residential rental properties for Property Management companies all over Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties.

We are currently looking for a skilled individual(s) with well rounded knowledge and experience in all facets of construction. Currently looking for individuals heavy with electrical and plumbing experience.

Here are the services we provide;
Not required to be an expert in all fields but the more you know the more jobs you will get. Possible maintenance includes but is not limited to:

- Electrical - Light fixtures, outlets, breaker
- Plumbing - toilets, vanity, sinks, water heater, shower valve, faucets, etc.
- Drywall installing, plastering, patching, sanding, etc.
- Painting plaster, stucco, siding, etc.
panels, etc
- Carpentry - Molding, baseboards, doors, fencing
- Masonry stucco repairs, patches, etc
- Pressure cleaning
- Minor AC servicing (not a must)
- Appliance Installation and or repair
- Carpentry
- Doorknobs/Locks/Deadbolts
- Mold Remediation
- Rental Property Turns
- Renovations

Must represent our company and standard out in the field: professional and polite

Must be able to communicate well and respond quickly, be dependable

Must be on time for all appointments and create and maintain clean and safe work areas

Must have own basic tools, reliable and presentable transportation

Must be able to work independently or with a crew

Must have smart phone and basic computer skills upload photos, send texts/emails via smart phone

This is currently an hourly based position.

Full time work and start immediately.
