They’re expanding their Transportation & Municipal Engineering team in Columbus, OH and looking for a Senior Bridge/Structural Engineer to step into a high-impact leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the Columbus bridge/structures group and lead project delivery

• Mentor and develop junior engineers

• Oversee technical work, QA/QC, and project strategy

• Engage in business development and client relationships

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver excellence on every project

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus)

• 15+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience

• PE license required (SE license a plus)

• Proven experience with ODOT and local agency projects

• Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads CE, OpenBridge a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building strong teams

What You’ll Get:

• Salary range: $130,000 – $170,000
