HANDYMAN WANTED (Hillsborough County)

Small property management company looking to add experienced handyman to vendor rolodex. Primary jobsite will be a 33 unit apartment complex located in Hillsborough County. Work can range from very small (changing out toilet flappers, fixing faucets, painting drywall, general landscaping and labor), to larger in scope (Replacing leaking sewer lines, full unit turnover, installing breaker boxes). Ideally looking for a jack of all trades, but happy to work with specialists, and slowly expand on duties assigned.

Tech will be starting off on a trial hourly wage, with assignments delegated as they come along. All potential applicants MUST HAVE THEIR BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK WITH US, NO EXCEPTIONS.
