Working project manager

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Working Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is not only experienced in overseeing construction and renovation projects but also enjoys being actively involved on the job site.

The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily job site operations, managing subcontractors, performing light physical work (including punch-out tasks), and occasionally picking up materials using their own truck. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential, as this role involves direct interaction with clients and working within luxury condominium environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate job site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Perform construction tasks including punch-out work, small repairs, and final detailing

Pick up and deliver materials as needed using a personal truck (mileage reimbursement provided)

Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and building concierges

Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times

Provide status updates to clients and project leads

Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement practical solutions

Must be comfortable commuting and working in Atlanta and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction or renovation project management

Strong general construction skills and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Must own a reliable truck and valid drivers license

Comfortable with physical labor and hands-on work

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working in high-end residential or condominium environments a plus
