- Create and manage bid packages and update bid calendars.
- Prepare and compile bid-related documents.
- Serve as a liaison between owners and subcontractors.
- Coordinate site visits, submit RFIs, proposals, and technical information.
- Retrieve appropriate signatures and issue bonds.
- Handle majority of communication with clients and owners.
- Track estimating processes.
- Manage bonds and insurance.
- Maintain proper documentation using Procore.
- Prepare and compile proposal packages.
- Experience in construction estimating coordination.
- Familiarity with Procore system.
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a construction estimator.
- Strong tenure at a well-known general contractor.
- Proficiency in bidding and estimating software.
The role is office-based with hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM. There is flexibility in the schedule to accommodate personal needs such as sickness or family obligations. Enjoy 14 days of paid time off.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.8 HolidaysYou are eligible to accrue PTO upon hire. During your first full 5 years of service, you will have 13 days of PTO, which will accrue pro rata equally over each pay period on an annual basis at a rate of 4 hrs per pay period. After full 5 years of service, you will have 18 days of PTO, which will accrue at a rate of 5.54 hrs per pay period. PTO cannot be exchanged for any monetary compensation under any circumstances, including separation or termination from employment. You cannot use vacation until your new hire probationary period of 90 days is successfully completed (unless approved by supervisor)
