Job Description We are seeking an Architectural Designer with over 5 years of experience in a commercial design setting. The role requires proficiency in Revit for producing construction document sets and a strong design orientation, making a portfolio essential. You will be part of the mission-critical studio, contributing to innovative architectural solutions. Responsibilities
- Create and modify architectural documents and perform routine tasks.
- Occasionally undertake higher-level assignments for training purposes.
- Attend site visits, field reviews, and meetings to gather project requirements.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations, ensuring effective communication with team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project issues and develop an understanding of accounting principles, budgets, and fees.
- Be aware of client relationships and business development opportunities, and assist with marketing presentations.
- Engage in client coordination, dedicating 75% of time to production and 25% to client interactions.
- Proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce construction document sets.
- Experience in architectural design and commercial construction.
- Strong skills in construction administration and design development.
- Ability to create construction drawings and documentation.
- Understanding of base building experience and healthcare design.
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture preferred.
- Pursuing architectural licensure.
- Basic understanding of codes and ADA regulations.
- Client interfacing skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant fields.
